Frank has been in catering management for over 12 years, as an owner of Mountain Thyme Catering, Director of operations, and General Manager. His philosophy is simple: no matter how great the food, if it is not well presented and delivered on time, we have failed to do our job. Only through a well organized system can we as a company continue to provide our customers with the top-notch service they have come to expect. In short, he believes that superior food quality, excellent presentation, punctuality and a courteous professional staff are just some the key elements that set us apart from the rest.

Kelly Dean Co-owner, sales, marketing, office duties, and general morale booster

Kelly has been a part of the catering scene for nearly 12 years. Starting as a delivery driver and service staff for events, she has continued her way up to sales and event coordinator. As the sales and marketing director for Elements Catering, her strong background and experience in coordinating and planning a full spectrum of catered events along with her attention to detail have always put her in a class above and… beyond with customer trust and reliability.

Brent has always had a vivid imaginative and creative mind.  He also happens to be a very gifted chef whose natural abilities playing with food coupled with his outside talents, and attention to details made Brent the perfect culinary artist to bring all of the “elements” together in the kitchen.  Starting his cooking career by his mother’s side learning the basics of homestyle cooking and baking ignited the spark.  Expanding his knowledge by a variety of books and trough trial and error Brent gained a solid culinary foundation over the years.

 Brent made the move from his hometown of Omaha, NE to Denver, CO in August of 1997 to pursue his education at the Colorado Institute for Culinary Arts.  He started working in kitchens as soon as he moved as well as his schooling.  Brent graduated from college with associates degree in December of 1999 and has been expanding his repertoire in the culinary field ever since, through an assortment of jobs.  Brent’s experience mixed with his fresh approach to make your event “a step beyond the level of your expectation” is what helps make this “element” always shine.
